The Parents/Guardians will try to:
- support the Christian values of the school community
- see that my child goes to school regularly, on time and properly equipped
- support the school’s policies and guidelines for behaviour
- support their child in homework and other opportunities for home learning
- attend parents evenings and discussions about my child’s progress
- avoid taking my child on holiday during term time
- inform school of any concerns or problems which might affect my child’s work or behaviour
- encourage my child to show kindness and consideration
The school will try to:
- encourage and guide your child in the practice of their faith
- care for your child’s safety and happiness
- ensure that your child achieves his/her full potential as a valued member of the school community
- provide a balanced curriculum and meet the individual needs of your child
- achieve high standards of work and behaviour through building good relationships and developing a sense of responsibility
- set, mark and monitor homework suitable for your child’s needs
- keep you informed about general school matters and about your child’s progress in particular
- be welcoming at all times and offer opportunities for you to become involved in the daily life of school.
The pupil will:
- take a full part in the celebrations and development of my faith
- attend school regularly and on time
- bring all the equipment needed every day
- wear the school uniform and be tidy in appearance
- do my classwork and homework
- be polite and helpful to others
- keep the school free from litter and graffiti
- think for themselves and take responsibility for their actions
